Oh, the weather outside is frightful [below 20 degrees F], but the food at BLT is delightful…

We went to the new (I think) BLT Steak restaurant at the White Plains Ritz Carlton.  We previously had gone to the NYC location with my in-laws after I saw Mr. BLT (aka Laurent Tourondel) on Iron Chef America and thought he was awesome…  I don’t think he won but don’t even get me started on how biased that show is to certain iron chefs (ahem, Bobby Flay).  I’m pretty sure that the secret ingredient was goat cheese (which is up there as one of my top five favorite cheeses).

P.S.:  This is the butter dish to be used with BLT’s HUGE popovers.
