My high school classmate just became a published author. Chances are regardless of the topic I would have read the book - home town pride and all… But the fact that the back cover of the book describes it as “Sex & The City” meets “Eat, Pray, Love” makes me all the more interested (okay nosy) although also very intrusive… Which is silly because she wants people to read her book. At least in the first few pages I’ve already discovered that this will be very different from 50 Shades of Grey…. Because this book is well written.
